"Top and bottom remotely-controlled, electrically-operated gun turrets and outlines of the huge double bomb bays are visible in this photograph of a B-29 Superfortress produced at the Wichita Division plants of Boeing Airplane Company. Half again as large as the Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress, the B-29 carries a heavier bomb load farther, faster and higher than any other warplane..."
