Description
- William Earl Woodard was born 6 April 1887 in Indiana. He moved to Haviland as a boy in 1889. He married Fay Dodge on 7 August 1912.
- Earl was the secretary of Boys’ Work at the Central YMCA at the time of his marriage. He was a school administrator at Kinsley and taught school at Montezuma, Hugoton, Plains and Kinsley.
- Earl died on 29 October 1968 and Faye died on 2 January 1981, both in Wichita. Both are buried in the Highland Cemetery. Four children are known to born to this union, Edward, Karry, Charles & William Jr.
